One-on-one Yoga therapy serves you, as an individual, whatever your current situation. Talking, moving, mindful rest & breathing practices are experiences that can transform your mood and your perspective along with your physical health.

When you need that little bit more TLC…

Yoga Therapy is a profession requiring accredited qualifications and governing membership bodies such as Yoga Therapy Associations. Additional to this training, I have created my own delightful off-spring that fuses the therapeutic nature of a one-to-one session with a host of luxuries for the body and soul. A therapeutic “Spa Experience” uses touch, sound and smells as well as traditional yogic practices of relaxation, mantra, chant and meditations.

 
 

Touch is said to be our first form of nourishment. Lymphatic flow, hot towels, conscious touch and massage are ways we can come back into a healthy and happy sense of our bodies.

Music is said to soothe the soul. There is nothing like stepping into a beautiful space blessed with calming, sattvic music. Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, bells and chants are also offered as a way to connect to our primordial nature, to revive a weary soul.

Our senses are powerfully awoken by the aromas of nature in the form of trees, flowers and leaves. Essential oils are a true luxury that we can use in sacred moments to feel into our bodies, our hopes and our dreams.
