Yoga with Katie…

Sometimes we are building physical or emotional strength, other times we are surrendering and we allow tension to unravel as we trust the support.

Ultimately we feel more connected to ourself and the hearts of others.

Trained in Hatha, Iyengar, Sakshin Gatashtha, Scaravelli, Tai Chi and Ghi Gung, all these skills are brought to each sessions. You will be treated as a WHOLE person and all the layers of yourself welcome.

Dynamic Classes

Corporate and Community Settings

The morning is a great time to heat the body, warm the joints with flowing movement and explore more advanced breath practices (pranayama). Staff wellbeing days, planning days and weekly classes.

Restorative Classes

The end of the work day usually requires for us to slow down and let go.

Once your system settles, we let the energy lift, the movements flow and the body more fully: back bends, twists, hip and shoulder stretches, breath awareness and meditation. Then we rest in savasana.

Relaxation offered in health settings, medical, substance abuse and trauma.
