Deep Healing Retreat 2024
A womanly exploration of movement, breath and belonging
September 26 - 29
Continental House, Hepburn Springs
A time to immerse the body in nature, restorative movements and the sensing Self.
Located in Hepburn Springs, Victoria, we have the entire Continental House to roam, find our own little nook and settle in, sit in the garden or go for walks through nature.
Your host Katie has a way of unravelling the stress, awakening the sensing body, opening hearts and widening one’s perspective.
This year expect a woman-only experience that is fun, generative and sumptuous. We will have the optimal space for deep inner strengthening, blossoming and healing.
Isabel’s Gourmet Wholefood
Once again we are blessed with the presence of Isabel Ometto and her culinary magic.
Izzy is in love with the food she creates, and we are too.
Her cooking style is modern, opulent and delivers comfort and joy, body and soul.
Creating “Paradise For All Creature” is the passion that fuels her work. In that spirit, her cooking is 100% plant-based.
