Our Classes
We offer clients two styles of classes depending on your goals and needs.
- Dynamic Yoga Classes: build physical strength and emotional resilience.
- Restorative Classes: unravel tension through movements that teach us to trust the support of the earth, our bodies and our breath.
Ultimately we feel more connected to ourself and the hearts of others.
Yoga with Katie
Hatha Yoga is the main approach
moving the body - with conscious intention,
breathing practices - to calm the mind and energise the body
deep relaxation - for physical and emotional healing and health
Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Jnana Yoga are also interwoven throughout.
“Katie has a great understanding of human physiology and how energy flows. Her classes are inventive, connected to what is happening in the broader world (eg seasons) and luxurious in terms of flow. She always adapts her classes to whoever is in the room according to their yoga experience, physical ability and energy needs. I am always learning new things about yoga and myself through Katie’s classes.”
Dynamic Classes
These early morning sessions are intense and focused. Morning is the time to heat the body with strong, flowing movement and explore more advanced breath practices (pranayama) and energy seals (bandha).

Restorative Classes
The end of the work day means time for us to slow, let go and renew.
When we lie down on our backs the whole body-mind settles. We then move into twists and stretches that flow. We explore: belly, spine, neck and chest, hips and shoulders, feet and hands, breathing practices and meditation. Arriving at deep, healing rest in savasana - guided relaxation.

“For me Yoga with Katie is not a weekly chore, duty or medicine. It is taking time for myself to be kind and true and continue learning not to follow, but to be.”
